XX Studio is an independent Danish furniture design brand with “sustainable design” as its core philosophy. All products use eco-friendly materials and are FSC certified. The brand serves the high-end residential and boutique hotel markets in Northern Europe, with extreme requirements for environmental grade, traceability transparency, and design quality.

II. Challenges and Requirements

The client needed ENF-grade natural wood veneer plywood for limited-edition dining tables and desks. Specific requirements:

1. Strict Environmental Grade

• Formaldehyde emission must reach ENF grade (≤0.015 mg/m³)

• Complete environmental test reports required

• FSC-certified North American black walnut veneer

• Thickness 0.6 mm
